We’ve been helping parents and students prepare for college since 2010. Founder and Head Coach, Ellen Lucke, has personally mentored over 200 kids through the program.

Ellen has over 20 years as a business professional with a masters degree in Organization Leadership with a concentration in Coaching. Ellen’s coaching certifications include:

• Myers Briggs

• ICF ACC Certification (International Coach Federation designation)

• Strong Assessment

• Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI)

• WeCoach Member

Additionally, Ellen is a member of the International Coach Federation and the Lewis University Coaching Program.
